Sarah Garber is Chief People Officer of Saks, where she is responsible for the strategy and initiatives behind Saks’ people, culture and ESG. Prior to being appointed to this role when Saks became a standalone ecommerce company in March 2021, Sarah was Chief People Officer of Saks Fifth Avenue. Previously, she held various human resources leadership roles at Niles Audio Corporation and Magnolia, a Best Buy Company. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Biology from Ohio Wesleyan University.
