RJ Cilley is Chief Operating Officer of Saks, where he is responsible for fulfillment centers, marketplace & business operations, item lifecycle, international, customer care and Saks’ Bangalore teams. Before expanding his role, he served as SVP, Marketplace & Operations, at Saks, overseeing digital operations. Prior to that, RJ was the Chief Digital Officer for HBC and held other leadership roles across digital, business operations and corporate development at Saks Fifth Avenue and HBC. Previously, he worked in investment banking at BMO Capital Markets, focusing on consumer and retail. RJ holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Organization from Penn State University.
