Biography

Sunny Park is General Counsel of Saks, where she is responsible for managing legal affairs across the company. Prior to being appointed to this role when Saks became a standalone ecommerce company in March 2021, she was General Counsel of Saks Fifth Avenue. Sunny previously served as Deputy General Counsel at HBC and Associate General Counsel at Saks Fifth Avenue. She also previously held legal roles at American Express, Loeb & Loeb LLP and Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison. Sunny holds a Juris Doctorate from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Art History from Columbia University.
